Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer

Hanover Research is seeking a well-rounded and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to work internally and be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining all aspects of our Salesforce environment. The successful candidate will work alongside our Salesforce Developer to manage Salesforce development projects, implement change requests, assign roles & permissions, and provide support and training to end users.

  • Execute Salesforce application configuration
  • Work directly with internal staff from upper management to end users to create and manage multifaceted workflows, data validations and triggers
  • Oversee and run full application life cycle, from technical design, development, testing, to deployment
  • Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix production issues
  • Develop and create customized dashboards as needed
  • Use Apex and VisualForce to create unique customer-based solutions
  • Build salesforce.com product extensions
  • Develop new native products on the force.com platform
  • Staying informed on new Salesforce features and functionalities and providing recommendation for process improvements
Skills & Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Hands-on experience with building reports, dashboards, and custom report types
  • Thorough knowledge of custom objects, fields, formula syntax, Lightning dynamic page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, process builders, and custom email templates
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, Declarative Development (especially trigger framework using Flows), Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules
  • Hands-on experience with Data Loader and Workbench
  • Strong project management skills; experience working closely with project managers and team leads on large and complex projects
  • Triage, prioritize, and resolve end user issues/tickets
  • Maintaining and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud apps
  • Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, Apex, debugging logs and Salesforce API
  • Experience with Force.com portal (authenticated websites), DocuSign Gen Templates, Salesforce CPQ+ Billing, HubSpot, Qualtrics-Salesforce Connector, Pendo, and Einstein Activity Capture
