The Role
Hanover Research is actively recruiting a full life-cycle Senior Corporate Sales Recruiter to join a small Talent Acquisition team. The position will be primarily focused on attracting and retaining talented candidates to a variety of core revenue generating roles at Hanover Research. This position is an ideal opportunity for an individual with an interest in recruiting and talent management seeking to develop those skills and take on more responsibility within a high-growth environment. The Senior Recruiter will report directly to the Senior Manager overseeing hiring for that business unit.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Proactively source qualified candidates through various methods including on campus recruiting events, job postings, networking events, online sourcing tools, etc.
  • Review applications, assess qualifications and move candidates through standard recruiting processes efficiently.
  • Conduct phone screens on qualified candidates keeping meticulous notes.
  • Work with managers to define candidate qualifications and business hiring needs.
  • Schedule in-person interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Oversee candidate experience during in-person interview days.
  • Build positive relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct reference checks.
  • Create, extend and negotiate offers with candidates in adherence with company policy and guidelines.
  • Provide authoritative advice and regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidates and vacancies.
  • Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System and other forms of reporting/record keeping with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all candidate and sensitive data.
  • Complete recruiting special projects and general tasks as needed.

Education Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Sociology or related discipline.

Experience Requirement
4-6 years of full-time work experience in agency or corporate recruiting role or other high volume sales recruiting role.
