Hanover Research is actively recruiting an enthusiastic and high energy full life-cycle Corporate Sales Recruiter to join a small Talent Acquisition team. The position will be primarily focused on attracting and retaining talented candidates to a variety of core revenue generating roles at Hanover Research. This position is an ideal opportunity for an individual with an interest in recruiting and talent management seeking to develop those skills and take on more responsibility within a high-growth environment. The Recruiter will report directly to the Senior Manager overseeing hiring for that business unit.

Desired Skills and Attributes
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Sociology or related discipline.
4-6 years of full-time work experience in agency or corporate recruiting role or other high volume sales recruiting role.
