What Does an Account Management Associate at Hanover Do?
  • Coordinate – Use phone and email outreach to schedule important client communication calls and meetings with Hanover’s clients, which include for-profit businesses, K-12 school districts and higher education institutions.
  • Collaborate – With senior leadership, managers, and peers, to improve customer service and the way in which we interact with and serve clients.
  • Grow – Build business acumen and develop skills to set you up for success in your professional future.
  • Support – Provide support to a team of Account Managers so they can better serve the clients. Your team relies on you to manage many of the administrative duties.

  • You are comfortable with calling and emailing clients regularly.
  • You are self-motivated and extremely organized.

  • You are a tenacious self-starter with a knack for problem solving, who is looking to fast-track their career and move into more senior positions after 12-18 months in seat.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and challenging team environment.
  • You have 0 - 2 years of full-time or part-time customer service experience; previous leadership, professional, or internship experience.
