Hanover Research is actively seeking a self-motivated and competent individual for a full-time Desktop Support Specialist position. The Desktop Support Tier II individual will assist the existing Desktop team in providing technical support to Hanover Research in the areas of end-user equipment, system configuration, troubleshooting, access/provisioning, resource monitoring, cloud-based systems, and many other related tasks.
