Job Title: K12 Professional Development Consultant
Hanover Research is seeking K12 Professional Development Consultants with a background in elementary or secondary classroom teaching, instructional coaching, and/or delivering professional development. The contractual role will be based on a contract developed between Hanover Research and the Consultant. The contract will be deliverables based on and developed to serve the responsibilities below. The consultant will be responsible for the delivery of stated deliverables in relation to the contract.
The K12 Professional Development Consultant will collaborate with the Managing Content Director of K12 Research to develop online professional development modules for K-12 teachers. The Consultant will use Hanover’s proprietary research to develop online professional development modules that are grounded in research-based adult learning theory.

We are seeking highly driven individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This role will be partially remote with 40 hours of in-office time required. Consultants will need to be onsite in Arlington, VA from July 9, 2018 to July 13, 2019. All other hours are flexible and will depend on timelines agreed upon between Consultant and the K12 Managing Content Director.
