What Does an Account Management Associate at Hanover Do?
Coordinate – Use phone and email outreach to schedule important client communication calls and meetings with Hanover’s clients, which include for-profit businesses, K-12 school districts and higher education institutions.
Collaborate – With senior leadership, managers, and peers, to improve customer service and the way in which we interact with and serve clients.
Grow – Build business acumen and develop skills to set you up for success in your professional future.
Support – Provide support to a team of Account Managers so they can better serve the clients. Your team relies on you to manage many of the administrative duties.

Educational Requirements: Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution.
